For the headline on my website I tried my best to match the serif font used on my magazine so there is relation with one another, contributing to branding. The brief states that a logo is needed so I decided to use a neutral logo with a pop of colour as I believe it is effective without being over the top. Furthermore, the rainbow colours used within the logo heavily relates to the pride edition magazine created by myself. Under the title of the website is a variety of pages as it is a common convention of websites such as this. A prime example of this is Glamour magazine.
On my magazine i made sure to use a range of different stories as when doing my research into different lifestyle magazine sites, it became clear that they focused mainly on different stories rather than the magazines themselves. I tried to cover topics that appeared in my magazine without using the exact same stories to create variety. I decided to use a solid white background to make the images and colours used stand out more. I believe that a black and white approach with a pop of colour proves to be quite effective.
I believe that the first advert i used on my website conforms quite well to both my feminist edition magazine as well as websites such as glamour. Perfume adverts are a common factor within many different media websites. In terms of digital convergence, I provided images that led individuals to different aspects of media such as the app store or google play. I also incorporated guranteed discounts thst lead people to subscribe to the website. I made the perfume unisex as I wanted to promote inclusivity which is my main focus when creating both the magazine and the website.
In terms of stories, may different websites regarding magazines have exclusive stories that entice audiences into reading into them. Typically, stories such as this usually feature much larger images rather than the conventional smaller images for more generalised stories. I made sure that this image was larger than the others to gage the audiences attention. On this image I used my friend who is 18 and put a burn filter on him to create an original image. On this particular section of the website, there are no other stories, making this story the main focus.
This was the next ad that I used on my website that pointed towards a tour for a singer. I thought it would be smart to promote an artist that also linked to my magazine as it ticks the checkbox for digital convergence due to it linking to both ticket master and see tickets. Here I used a black and white colour palette as it matches the colour scheme used without blending into the background.
Another Ardent exclusive story that I used featured a transgender contestant from Rupaul's Drag Race as it ties in nicely with trans individuals within the LGBTQ+ community. I believe this was an important topic to talk about as many people within the 16-25 year old age range are coming to terms with who they are as a person, whether that be their sexuality or gender, speaking from personal experience. When creating this exclusive aspect of the website, I chose to feature a floral arrangement to not only match the vide at hand, but the floral aspects of my magazines.
In terms of digital convergence, I decided to focus on Roblox and Discord, huge companies within the gaming industry. The image presented was created by myself in relation to drag race on robloc studio. Roblox is a game which is suitable for ages but it is restricted to 13+. However, Roblox studio requires a various amount of IT skills that a 13 year old may not possess, that is why the studio community typically starts from 16+. I believe that targeting gaming companies such as Discord and Roblox is quite creative as it is shying away from magazines and opening up a whole new realm of media.
I also created another audio visual here regrading another story displayed upon my website to support the LGBTQ+ movement. This audio visual features many images as well as historical context.
Here, I wanted to give a little back story on the individuals mentioned within my magazine, to allow viewers to have an insight into the realm of different social groups. Here, I focused on then struggles of females in the fame industry as for long time, males had more opportunities in the world of acting, sports, etc. I also incorporated an audio visual here to help support the topic I have focused on, the audio visual features some historical aspects as well as a call to action at the end regarding the feminist movement.

Under the audio visual, I also wanted to incorporate digital convergence. I added anadvertising technique that would make audiences want to sign up to the website by stating that if they sign up they have a chance to win tickets. I believe this is a very good way to incorporate digital convergence as well as involve the audience.
